Foundational beliefs are what anchor our lives, the things that matter to us the most, and the non – negotiable characteristics that best describe who we are.
Look over the following list in its entirety and circle the words or phrases that best illustrate your true beliefs.
Add your own beliefs in the bottom of the list if you you have beliefs not listed on the list.
Try to circle no more than 12 or 15 words. These words are the words that best describe you, even though there may be others that apply as well.
